Masters students from the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University worked with Texas Insturments' Education Department to apply usability practices to their software design process and output

Our mission was to standardize the look and feel of their desktop software and common functionality across TI software applications to help increase the productivity of the educator and engage the classroom.

Experiential learning is a key component of the MHCI program. Through a substantial team project, students apply classroom knowledge in analysis and evaluation, implementation and design, and develop skills working in multidisciplinary teams.
