NoteFolio storyboard: prototype vs. existing software
STEP
1- Opening TI NoteFolio
When a user opens the existing software, a dialog opens
which prompts them to choose between a new note or an existing note,
with existing as the default. This is confusing to the user because
it is not something they understand or are ready to choose when
they first open up the software. In the prototype, the software
opens up automatically to a blank note, just as standard text editing
programs do.
